为了满足重要用户重大政治、经济和文化等活动期间高可靠性、高安全性供电需求,电力公司通常采用应急电源车为此类用户提供后备供电保障。电源车通过自动转换开关(Automatic Transfer Switch,ATS)切换并入电网,切换过程需要数秒钟,会造成供电短时中断,影响用户敏感负荷正常工作。采用UPS电源车可实现重要用户特殊时期不间断供电,但其所需配套设备较为复杂、多样,多为一体车结构,无法将大功率UPS主机装车。为克服当前电源车的不足,满足重要用户特殊时期大容量不间断供电要求,本文提出两种移动式固态切换开关(Solid State Transfer Switch,SSTS)电源车设计方案。所设计的移动式SSTS电源车功能多样、安全可靠且实用性较强。
To meet the demand for high reliability and high security of power supply during important user political, economic and cultural activities, utility companies usually use emergency power vehicles to provide backup power protection for such users. The power car is switched into the power grid through an automatic transfer switch (ATS). The switching process takes a few seconds, causing a short interruption of the power supply and affecting the normal operation of the user’s sensitive load. The use of UPS power car can realize important users uninterrupted power supply during a special period, but the required equipment is more complex, diverse, mostly one car structure, unable to load high-power UPS host. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the current power car and meet the requirements of large-capacity uninterruptible power supply of important users during the special period, two kinds of design schemes of a mobile power supply car with a Solid State Transfer Switch (SSTS) are proposed in this paper. The design of mobile SSTS power car features diverse, safe and reliable and practical.
