研制了一个用于发动机燃烧过程监测和分析的光电测量系统,包括一个以镀膜蓝宝石棒为传感头的光纤燃烧传感器,一套以光电倍增管PMT为光探测器的检测电路和一套数据采集分析系统.应用这个系统在一台汽油机上进行了实际测量.实验表明,光学法可以准确地测出发动机燃烧过程的时间参数,从光强变化曲线可以得到混合气均匀性和燃烧循环波动之间的关系
A photoelectric measurement system for engine combustion process monitoring and analysis was developed. The system includes a fiber optic combustion sensor with a coated sapphire rod as a sensing head, a detection circuit with a PMT photodetector and a set of data acquisition analysis system. The actual measurement was performed on a gasoline engine using this system. Experiments show that the optical method can accurately measure the time parameters of the engine combustion process, the relationship between the uniformity of the mixed gas and the combustion cycle fluctuations can be obtained from the light intensity curve
