简述了以梯形波纹板、三角形波纹板、三角铁为除雾元件的叶片式除雾器的结构及主要技术参数。对叶片式除雾器及标准丝网式除雾器进行了室内仿真试验和现场实物检测。试验结果表明,梯形波纹板叶片式除雾器的除雾效率和压力降与标准丝网式除雾器很接近,而适用气体速度的范围却比丝网除雾器要宽;三角形波纹板叶片式除雾器和三角铁叶片式除雾器的除雾效率较差,压力降比前二种除雾器要大。
The structure and main technical parameters of vane mist eliminator with trapezoidal corrugated board, triangular corrugated board and triangular iron as de-fogging components are briefly introduced. Vane defogger and standard screen demister were simulated indoor test and physical test. The experimental results show that the efficiency and pressure drop of the trapezoidal corrugated board vane demister are close to that of the standard wire demister and the range of applicable gas velocities is wider than that of the wire demister. The triangular corrugated vane Mist deflector and triangular iron defogger mist eliminator efficiency is poor, the pressure drop than the first two demisters to large.
