本文对目前红外光纤研究的热点 -硫系光纤独特的色散特性进行理论分析 .研究主要针对 As2 S3光纤的材料特性进行 .理论计算和分析显示 :As2 S3光纤的材料色散高达-1 0 0 ps/km.nm以上 ,比硅基材料光纤高 1~ 2个数量级 ,可以与硅基光纤光栅相媲美 .特殊的色散特性 ,预示了硫系光纤及其器件广阔的应用前景
In this paper, the current research focus of IR fiber - the unique dispersion characteristic of sulfur-based fiber is analyzed theoretically.The research mainly focuses on the material properties of As2 S3 fiber.The theoretical calculation and analysis show that the material dispersion of As2 S3 fiber is up to -100 ps / km.nm or more, which is 1 to 2 orders of magnitude higher than that of silicon-based fiber and comparable to that of silicon-based fiber gratings. The special dispersion characteristic indicates the broad application prospect of sulfur-based optical fibers and their devices
