维护劳动者权益是一个社会系统工程,不仅需要完善国家劳动法律、法规体系,增强劳动者法律意识,通过法律手段来实现劳动者权益。同时我们还需要从企业出发,我国大部分劳动争议案件主要是企业对劳动者权益的侵犯,故在企业要形成一种优秀的企业家文化,真正从源头来减少企业对劳动者权益的侵犯。本文将从我国劳动争议案件特点出发,结合我国企业自身情况来论述如何创建一种优秀的企业家文化来维护劳动者权益。
Maintaining the rights and interests of laborers is a social systematic project, which not only needs to improve the national labor laws and regulations, enhance the workers’ legal awareness, and realize the rights and interests of laborers through legal means. At the same time, we also need to proceed from enterprises. Most cases of labor disputes in our country are mainly the infringements on the rights and interests of laborers by enterprises. Therefore, an excellent entrepreneurial culture should be formed in enterprises and the infringement of workers’ rights and interests should be truly reduced from the source. This article will start with the characteristics of the labor dispute cases in our country, and discuss how to create an excellent entrepreneurial culture to safeguard the rights and interests of workers in light of the situation of our own enterprises.
