由于我国资本市场不健全,企业选择在国内上市受到一定的限制,且有上市后退市的风险,故而部分企业直接选择海外上市。我国大多数科技创新型企业主要选择赴我国香港特别行政区和美国上市,以获得企业未来发展的资本。上市地点、方式对企业拓展市场有重要的影响。拓展国际市场,可以采取差异化营销、国际联盟、品牌化等战略;拓展国内市场,可以采取技术创新、网络营销、优势联盟等战略。
Due to the imperfect capital market in our country, the enterprises choose to be listed in the domestic market are subject to certain restrictions, and there is the risk that the listed companies will withdraw from the market. Therefore, some enterprises directly choose to go overseas for listing. Most of China’s science and technology innovation-oriented enterprises mainly choose to go to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China and the United States to market in order to obtain the capital of the future development of enterprises. The place and way of listing have an important influence on the market expansion of enterprises. To expand the international market, we can adopt such strategies as differentiated marketing, international alliances and branding. To expand the domestic market, we can adopt such strategies as technological innovation, network marketing and alliances.
