武钢金山店铁矿东风井负60米中段运输大巷,长达800余米,断面11.2米~2,独头掘进。此段地质条件复杂,有断层、破碎带穿插巷道。岩石为石英二长岩(f=8～10)节理裂隙发育,局部地段呈高岭土化、绿泥石化二长岩(f=2～4)极易风化潮解,稳定性很差,可直接用手抠动。掘进后暴露时间稍长,就会发生片帮冒顶。如1973年10月,一次放胞后不到8小时,就出现岩石剥落并发生严重冒顶,高达10余米,用了一个多月的时间,化费了8吨钢轨和40米~3木材处理完。1973年共处理冒顶19处、长达160余米,严重地影响了掘进与支护工作的顺利进行。
