社区教育是教育领域的新事物,社区教育作为构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会的重要载体,在国际社会中已达成共识,引起世人的关注。中国的社区教育起步较晚,20世纪80年代中期,随着改革开放的不断深入,城市首先兴起了社区教育,90年代,中国的一批专家学者开始了社区教育的研究工作,跨入新世纪以来,国家对社区教育越来越重视,在全国建立了一批社区教育实验基地,并且由城市辐射到农村。 Community education is a new thing in the field of education.
