本文报道了一例氯化汞经口急性中毒,及其尿蛋白排泄物的测定结果。食入汞后,尿白蛋白和低分子蛋白包括β_2-微球蛋白显著升高,第二天达最高峰(总蛋白数(g/天):6.523;低分子蛋白(g/天):3.131;β_2(mg/天):42.4),以后逐渐下降。直到第七天测得值为总蛋白(g/天):0.246;低分子蛋白(g/天):0.165;β_2(mg/天):0.92。白蛋白是用放射免疫扩散法、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法及醋酸纤维电泳法进行测定,β_2-微球蛋白则用特定的放射免疫测定法。
This article reports a case of mercuric chloride acute oral poisoning, and urine protein excretion of the results. After ingestion of mercury, urinary albumin and low molecular weight proteins including β 2 -microglobulin increased significantly (P <0.05), reached its peak on the next day (total protein number (g / day): 6.523; low molecular weight protein ; β_2 (mg / day): 42.4), then gradually decreased. Measured on day 7 as total protein (g / day): 0.246; low molecular weight protein (g / day): 0.165; β_2 (mg / day): 0.92. Albumin is determined by radioimmunoassay, polyacrylamide gel and cellulose acetate electrophoresis, and β 2 -microglobulin is measured by a specific radioimmunoassay.
