研究了Cu - 2 0Ni- 2 0Cr合金在 70 0℃纯氧气中的氧化行为。结果表明 :Cu - 2 0Ni- 2 0Cr合金在 70 0℃ ,2 4h的氧化动力学偏离抛物线规律 ,其瞬时抛物线速率常数随时间而降低 ,其降低的幅度要比相应的按抛物线规律变化要大。合金表面或内部均没有形成连续的Cr2 O3 保护膜而是形成了含有所有组元氧化物及它们的复合氧化物的复杂氧化膜结构。这主要归因于合金中含有三相且Cr的分布不均匀 ,它阻止了Cr由合金向合金 /氧化膜界面的扩散
The oxidation behavior of Cu - 2 0Ni - 2 0Cr alloy in pure oxygen at 70 ℃ was investigated. The results show that the oxidation kinetics of Cu - 2 0Ni - 2 0Cr alloy deviates from the parabolic law at 70 0 ℃ and 24 h, and its instantaneous parabolic rate constant decreases with time, which is larger than that of corresponding parabolic law . No continuous Cr 2 O 3 protective film is formed on the surface or inside the alloy, but a complex oxide film structure containing all the elemental oxides and their complex oxides is formed. This is mainly due to the three phases contained in the alloy and the uneven distribution of Cr, which prevents the diffusion of Cr from the alloy to the alloy / oxide film interface
