介绍了2009年华东电网一起事故的发生及演化过程,并根据事故发展的3个阶段,分别对相关的设备状况及保护信息进行了分析。分析表明,该事故属于比较少见的复杂故障,但该站的35kV母联自切保护不合理地闭锁母差导致了事故的扩大。文中根据母联自切及母差保护原理,论述了母联自切与母差保护之间的相互闭锁关系,指出该设计存在隐性缺陷。最后总结了教训,提出了预防类似事故的建议。
The occurrence and evolution of an accident occurred in East China Power Grid in 2009 were introduced. According to the three stages of the accident development, the related equipment status and protection information were respectively analyzed. The analysis shows that the accident belongs to a relatively rare complex fault, but the 35kV busbar self-cutting protection at this station unreasonably blocks the busbar lead to the accident expansion. According to the principle of self-cutting and bus-bar protection, the paper discusses the mutual locking relationship between bus-self-cutting and bus-bar protection, and points out that the design has hidden defects. Finally, the lesson is summarized, and suggestions for preventing similar accidents are put forward.
