早花细茎野生蔗F1品系的花粉经干燥处理,在-24℃~28℃下贮存25~35天后与花粉量少、花粉发育率低的迟花亲本杂交。用贮存花粉授粉的24个组合中,18个获得实生苗,其中8个组合的克种子实生亩数达对照的2~24倍。结果初步表明,在低温贮存下部分花粉的活力可保存35天.但由于用贮存花粉授粉的结实率太低,本方法还不是解决细茎野生蔗F1品系与栽培品种的花期不遇问题的有效手段。
The early flowering stems of wild sugarcane F1 strain of the pollen after drying, stored at -24 ℃ ~ 28 ℃ 25 to 35 days after the pollen less, low rate of pollen development late hybrid parents. Of the 24 combinations pollinated with stored pollen, 18 showed seedlings, of which 8 combinations had 2 to 24 times as many seeds as seedlings. The results showed that the pollen viability could be preserved for 35 days at low temperature. However, this method is not yet an effective method to solve the problem of inflorescence of the F1 line and the cultivars of the wild stem cane, due to the low seed setting rate of pollinated with stored pollen.
