往复机械设备振动加速度信号频谱很复杂,研究其复杂频谱的度量描述方法将对这类设备状态的监测和诊断有重要意义。指出频谱的一维谱熵指标的局限性,提出具有位置维的频谱二维向量指标。通过在往复式压缩机气阀状态监测和诊断方面的两个应用实例的验证,说明二维向量指标较全面地反映了频谱的特征,比一维谱熵指标有明显的优越性。这种指标在机械信号复杂频谱的分析中会有好的应用。
The vibration acceleration signal spectrum of the reciprocating machinery is very complicated. It is of great significance to study the measurement description of complex frequency spectrum for the monitoring and diagnosis of the state of such equipment. Pointed out the limitations of the spectral spectral entropy index, put forward two-dimensional vector index of the spectrum with position dimension. The verification of two application examples in gas compressor valve condition monitoring and diagnosis shows that the two-dimensional vector index reflects the characteristics of the spectrum more fully than the one-dimensional spectral entropy index. This kind of index will have good application in the analysis of complicated signal of mechanical signal.
