目的:观察经典方黄连解毒汤的体外抗真菌活性及与特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑联合应用的相互作用方式。方法:应用美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)的产孢丝状真菌微量液基稀释法(M38-A)和M27-A2微量液体稀释法测定特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑、黄连解毒汤、黄连解毒汤/特比萘芬、黄连解毒汤/伊曲康唑、黄连解毒汤/氟康唑对须癣毛癣菌和白念珠菌的MIC值,计算两药联合应用后的分数抑菌浓度(FIC)。结果:特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑、黄连解毒汤对须癣毛癣菌和白念珠菌的MIC值分别为:0.040、4.23;0.80、0.50;33.82、7.16μg/mL;0.0034、0.017g/mL。黄连解毒汤与特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑联用对须癣毛癣菌和白念珠菌的平均FIC值分别为0.84、0.87;0.90、0.47;1.60、0.74。结论:黄连解毒汤具有良好的抗真菌作用,并且对须癣毛癣菌的抑菌作用优于白念珠菌,同时与西药联合应用显示出了良好的协同作用。黄连解毒汤可应用于临床真菌感染性疾病的治疗。
Objective: To observe the antifungal activity of classical Fang Huang Lian Jie Du Tang in vitro and its interaction with terbinafine, itraconazole and fluconazole. Methods: The determination of terbinafine, itraconazole, fluconazole and its derivatives by microdilution method (M38-A) and M27-A2 micro fluid dilution method of the American Society of Clinical and Laboratory Standards (CLSI) Azole, berberine detoxification soup, berberine detoxification soup / terbinafine, berberine detoxification soup / itraconazole, berberine detoxification soup / fluconazole on Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Candida albicans MIC value calculated by the combination of two drugs After the fractional bacteriostatic concentration (FIC). Results: The MIC values of terbinafine, itraconazole, fluconazole and Huanglian Jiedu decoction were 0.040, 4.23, 0.80, 0.50, 33.82, 0.0034, 0.017 g / mL. The mean FIC values of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with terbinafine, itraconazole and fluconazole for Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Candida albicans were 0.84,0.87; 0.90,0.47; 1.60,0.74 respectively. Conclusion: Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has a good antifungal effect, and the inhibitory effect on Trichophyton mentagrophytes than Candida albicans, at the same time with western medicine showed a good synergistic effect. Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can be applied to the treatment of clinical fungal infectious diseases.
