目的:研究菝葜大孔吸附树脂部位的抗炎和抑菌作用。方法:蛋清致足肿胀、二甲苯致耳肿胀法考察菝葜大孔树脂部位的抗炎效果,并用液体试管二倍稀释法检测其对常见致病菌抑制作用。结果:菝葜大孔树脂部位能显著降低蛋清诱导的大鼠足跖肿胀度和二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳廓肿胀;其对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为2.82,0.36,5.63,1.41mg·ml~(-1)。结论:菝葜的大孔吸附树脂部位有一定的抗炎抑菌作用,为将其开发成新药提供了实验依据。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of the macroporous resin adsorption site. METHODS: The swelling of the egg white and the swelling of the ears caused by xylene were used to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of the macroporous resin, and the inhibitory effect on the common pathogenic bacteria was tested using the liquid tube double dilution method. RESULTS: The macroporous resin fraction significantly reduced the egg white-induced rat paw swelling and xylene-induced ear swelling in mice; it was found against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The minimum inhibitory concentrations were 2.82, 0.36, 5.63, 1.41 mg·ml -1, respectively. Conclusion: The macroporous resin adsorption site of thorium has certain anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, which provides experimental basis for the development of new drugs.
