本文证明天冬钾镁对哇巴因所致的室性心律失常具有明显的保护作用,也间接证明本药能维持细胞内钾的含量,并使细胞内外钾的比值趋于正常化。此外应用钾镁治疗各种心律失常101例(121例次),结果显示对各种早搏,尤其是室早疗效较好,对室早、房早总有效率分别为88%、80%,对洋地黄中毒所致的过速型心律失常有一定疗效。然而本药对房扑和房颤及各种传导障碍型心律失常大多无效。
