带式输送机可伸缩中间架作为一种新型结构件,其强度影响到整个可伸缩带式输送机系统的运行。运用ANSYS软件对带式输送机可伸缩中间架结构进行有限元分析,建立3D实体模型,施加系统约束和外部载荷,划分网格并求解,得到中间架的应力云图。有限元分析结果显示,带式输送机可伸缩中间架基本满足设计要求,但需要注意与迈步自移机尾连接处的焊接质量,以保证可伸缩带式输送机可靠运行。最终根据分析结果进行了样机试制。
Belt Conveyor Retractable intermediate frame as a new type of structure, the strength of the entire telescopic belt conveyor system operation.
