1病例报告患者女,50岁,主因自服卤水约100ml后意识不清1h入院。病前有与家人生气等情绪不佳因素。既往体健。查体:体温36.9℃,脉搏62/min,呼吸5～6/min,血压110/70mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。患者意识不清,呼之不应,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射存在。口唇发绀,颈软。心音弱,心律不齐,可闻及室性期前收缩频发。双肺呼吸音弱,未闻及干湿罗音。肌力0级,腱反射、压眶反射消失,病理反射未引出。心电图示频发性期前收缩二联律。血镁2.29mmol/L,血钙4.5mmol/L。临床诊断:(1)卤水中毒;(2)心
