目的探讨STAT3和HIF-1α蛋白与小儿神经母细胞瘤生物学行为之间的关系。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测40例神经母细胞瘤组织中STAT3和HIF-1α蛋白的表达。结果 40例神经母细胞瘤组织中25例STAT3阳性表达,阳性率为62.5%,STAT3高表达与神经母细胞瘤临床分期和转移关系密切("P<0.05);30例HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达,阳性率为75.0%,HIF-1α高表达与神经母细胞瘤临床分期和转移关系密切(P<0.05);神经母细胞瘤组织中STAT3和HIF-1α蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 STAT3和HIF-1α蛋白可互相作用促进肿瘤的发生发展。检测神经母细胞瘤中STAT3和HIF-1α蛋白表达水平,可判断其生物学行为并指导临床。
Objective To investigate the relationship between STAT3 and HIF-1α protein and the biological behavior of pediatric neuroblastoma. Methods The expression of STAT3 and HIF-1α in 40 cases of neuroblastoma was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive rate of STAT3 in 40 cases of neuroblastoma was 62.5%. The high expression of STAT3 was closely related to the clinical stage and metastasis of neuroblastoma (P <0.05). The positive expression of HIF-1α in 30 cases (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of HIF-1α protein and STAT3 in neuroblastoma (P <0.05), and the positive rate was 75.0%. The high expression of HIF-1α was closely related to the clinical stage and metastasis of neuroblastoma ) Conclusions STAT3 and HIF-1αprotein can interact with each other to promote tumorigenesis.The detection of STAT3 and HIF-1αprotein expression in neuroblastoma can determine the biological behavior and guide the clinical practice.
