QJ 99是针对中原文东油田气举井不动管柱酸化 ,解除油井近井地带组成复杂的混合污染物堵塞而开发的 ,其组成如下 :前置酸 (HCl+H3 PO4 +缓蚀剂 +多功能添加剂 +水 ) ;主体酸 (HCl +NHO3 (固 ) +HF +缓蚀剂 +多功能添加剂 +水 ) ;后置液 (稳定剂 +发泡剂 +水 )。室内性能评价表明 :酸化解堵剂与天然岩心之间的反应 ,80℃下在 2h内可大体完成 ;由于加入了一种含氟表面活性剂 ,该剂各组成部分的表面张力 (~ 2 2mN/m)和界面张力(0 .5mN/m)均很低 ;前置酸和主体酸以及乏酸在 6 0~ 140℃下的腐蚀性低 ,可以满足施工工艺要求 ;前置酸和主体酸与原油混合时 ,破乳迅速而完全 ,不生成酸渣 ;在 7块天然岩心上用Q 99进行了岩心流动实验 ,实验岩心的渗透率增加到原值的 2 .8~ 6 .6倍。现场QJ 99酸化解堵作业共完成 6 6井次 ,处理半径 1~ 1.5m ,施工成功率10 0 % ,有效率 90 %。
QJ 99 is developed for the immiscible gas wells in the Wendong Oilfield of Zhongyuan Oilfield to block the plugging of mixed pollutants in the well near wellbore. The composition is as follows: Pre-acid (HCl + H3 PO4 + Multi-functional additive + water); main acid (HCl + NHO3 (solid) + HF + corrosion inhibitor + multi-functional additive + water); rear liquid (stabilizer + foaming agent + water). Indoor performance evaluations show that the reaction between the acid blocking agent and the natural core can be substantially completed within 2 h at 80 ° C; the surface tension of each component of the agent, due to the addition of a fluorosurfactant (~2 2 mN / m) and interfacial tension (0. 5mN / m) are very low. Precursor acid and the main acid and acidity are low corrosive at 60 ~ 140 ℃, which can meet the requirements of the construction process. When mixed with crude oil, demulsification was rapid and complete without generation of acid sludge; core flow experiments were performed on seven natural cores with Q 99 and the permeability of the experimental core increased from 2.8-6.6 times the original value. On-site QJ99 acidification plugging operations completed a total of 6 6 wells, the processing radius of 1 ~ 1.5m, the construction success rate of 10%, the effective rate of 90%.
