为进一步了解奶牛CGN蛋白的性质和功能,采用生物信息学方法,利用在线软件和生物学数据库,对其CGN蛋白的氨基酸序列、二级结构、三级结构和生物学功能等进行预测。序列分析可知:CGN蛋白是亲水性不跨膜的蛋白,信号肽存在于20~21位氨基酸之间,二级结构主要以α-螺旋和无规则卷曲为主,并且主要在质膜中发挥生物学作用。生物学功能预测结果表明,CGN蛋白可能在激素、生长因子以及应激反应中发挥重要作用。系统进化分析表明,奶牛CGN与野牛、牦牛、亚洲水牛等物种CGN遗传距离较近,具有高度同源性。本结果为进一步研究CGN蛋白和奶牛的抗病育种提供理论依据。
In order to further understand the nature and function of CGN protein in dairy cows, bioinformatics methods were used to predict the amino acid sequence, secondary structure, tertiary structure and biological function of CGN protein using online software and biological database. Sequence analysis showed that: CGN protein is a hydrophilic non-transmembrane protein, signal peptide exists in amino acids 20 to 21, the secondary structure mainly α-helix and random curl-based, and mainly play in the plasma membrane Biological effects. Biological function prediction results show that CGN protein may play an important role in hormones, growth factors and stress response. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the genetic distance between CGN of dairy cows and wild cows, yaks and Asian buffaloes was relatively close and highly homologous. The results provide theoretical basis for further study of CGN protein and cow disease resistance breeding.
