60岁以上胃癌患者常伴有营养不良,多器官功能障碍,术后需较长时间禁食,对多脏器的恢复不利,使术后并发症增加[1]。本文通过对老年胃癌患者术后不同营养支持方式的回顾性调查,观察术后住院时间、营养指标、卫生经济学指标等,探讨不同营养支持方式应用的合理性。
Gastrointestinal patients over 60 years of age are often accompanied by malnutrition, multiple organ dysfunction, postoperative long-term fasting, unfavorable to the recovery of multiple organs, so that increased postoperative complications [1]. This article through the retrospective investigation of different nutritional support methods for elderly patients with gastric cancer, postoperative hospital stay, nutritional indicators, health economic indicators, etc., to explore the rationality of the application of different nutritional support methods.
