分析多种资源在多个项目间的最优分配问题，提出用两层决策方法建立该问题的数学模型．将遗传算法这种全局优化方法运用到最优解的搜索中，给出了具体的算法步骤．计算实例表明，本文建立的模型和提出的优化方法能有效地求解多种资源在多个项目间最优分配问题．
Analyze the optimal distribution of multiple resources among multiple projects, and propose a mathematical model of the problem using two-tier decision making method. Applying the global optimization method of genetic algorithm to the search of the optimal solution, the concrete algorithm steps are given. The calculation example shows that the model and the proposed optimization method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the optimal distribution of multiple resources among multiple projects.
