目的:通过中药中总汞的直接测定法的研究,为中药中汞的检测提供另一种选择。方法:采用Milestone DMA-80汞直接分析仪,在适当工作参数条件下,进行汞的直接分析,并与AFS和ICP-MS的测定结果进行比较。结果:工作曲线范围(0 ng～600 ng)内,线性良好。标准参考物质的测定值均在给定值范围内,加标回收率在84%～112%之间,最低检出限为0.8μg/kg,测定结果与AFS法和ICP-MS的结果基本一致。结论:该方法准确灵敏、精密度好,无需前处理过程,缩短了中药中汞的分析周期,具有良好的应用前景,为中药中汞的检测提供了另一种选择。
OBJECTIVE: To provide an alternative method for the determination of mercury in traditional Chinese medicine through the direct determination of total mercury in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Direct mercury analysis was performed using the Milestone DMA-80 Mercury Direct Analyzer under appropriate operating parameters and compared with the results of AFS and ICP-MS. Results: Good linearity over the working curve range (0 ng ~ 600 ng). The values of standard reference materials were within the given range, the recoveries were within the range of 84% -112% and the lowest detection limit was 0.8 μg / kg. The results were basically the same as the results of AFS and ICP-MS . Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and precise. Without any pretreatment, the method can shorten the analysis period of mercury in Chinese medicine and has a good prospect of application. It provides another alternative for the detection of mercury in traditional Chinese medicine.
