中原石油勘探局特种车辆修造总厂,1993年以前只是油田一个汽车修理厂,在计划经济时期,一千多人的厂子年修理产值仅一千多万元,每年局里补贴几百万元。1993年以后,随着油田原油产量的下滑,机修市场的日子越来越不好过,特车总厂被局里首批推向市场,自谋生路,自负盈亏。走向市场之初,我厂干部职工经历了改革的阵痛和创业的艰辛,经过3年艰苦奋斗,我厂背靠油田,修造并举,内抓产品、外闯市场,以科技为先导、以产品开发为龙头,强化技术监督,夯实计量、标准化等基础工作,几年里开发出清蜡车、洗井清蜡车、井架背车、修井机、自卸汽车、各种罐车等9
The Central Plains Petroleum Exploration Bureau Special Vehicle Repairing Plant was only an oil field repair factory before 1993.
