配电网谐波治理是提高电能质量和电网运行可靠性的保证。通过建立系统各次谐波的节点导纳矩阵,求解对应的灵敏度矩阵,并运用灵敏度矩阵寻找配电网中各次谐波滤波器的最佳配置位置,然后采用改进遗传算法对滤波器的具体参数进行寻优。在保证网络各节点谐波电压含量和总谐波畸变率符合谐波标准以及滤波器安全可靠运行的前提下,使全网滤波器的投资费用最少。实例分析表明,所提出的无源滤波装置的最优配置方法有效,给出的谐波治理方案能有效地抑制网络中各节点谐波电压的畸变。
Harmonic distribution network management is to improve the power quality and reliability of the operation of the grid. Through establishing the node admittance matrices for each harmonic of the system, the corresponding sensitivity matrix is solved and the sensitivity matrix is used to find the optimal configuration position of each harmonic filter in the distribution network. Then, the improved genetic algorithm is used to filter the specific Optimization parameters. Under the premise of ensuring that the harmonic voltage content and the total harmonic distortion of each node of the network meet the harmonic standards and the safe and reliable operation of the filter, the investment cost of the whole network filter is minimized. The case study shows that the optimal configuration of the passive filter device is effective and the proposed harmonic control scheme can effectively suppress the distortion of the harmonic voltage at each node of the network.
