Innovation is the main theme of the contemporary era. It is an inexhaustible driving force for the country’s prosperity and development, and it is also the main way for companies to change their backwardness and improve their market competitiveness. The basis of technical innovation lies in scientific research and development, and talent is the most important resource for technical innovation. Efforts to increase investment in research and development of science and technology and actively cultivate talents have become an urgent task for Chinese enterprises.
