高校基层党组织是党在高等教育教学中的重要组织保证,是党全部工作和战斗力的基础.高校课程思政属于隐性思政教育,课程思政建设是实现高校立德树人根本任务的重要内容之一.浙江工业大学药学院中药研究所师生联合党支部以提升基层党支部组织力为着力点,在课程思政建设中逐步建立了党建和思政融合、党建和专业共建、课堂和实践结合、教学和制度保障等协同机制,通过支部建设与教学组织及导师团队的协同创新发展模式,有效发挥基层党支部在课程思政建设中的组织推动作用,为基层党支部在课程思政中的作用发挥提供了可资借鉴的经验.
