组织变革本质上是回应时代变迁和商业环境变化的挑战,围绕的核心问题是组织效率和交易成本。因时而变是组织永恒的主题,适应性是组织能力的核心,随着互联网时代商业环境的加速变化,组织只有实现快速的转型和适应,才会有更多的生存和发展机会。这就是为什么任正非一直充满危机感,对成功视而不见,反而大谈华为的“冬天”。
Organizational change is essentially a challenge to respond to changes in the times and changes in the business environment. The core issues around are organizational efficiency and transaction costs. Time-based change is the eternal theme of the organization. Adaptability is the core of organizational capabilities.
