利用ANSYS对带式输送机在平稳工作状态下的输送带和托辊进行了建模,并在此基础上对输送带的垂度进行了分析和仿真。平运带和上运带2种带式输送机的仿真结果表明,输送带的垂度和输送带的拉力有着很大的关联,对防止输送带打滑有着重要的参考意义。
The belt and idler of the belt conveyor under the steady working condition were modeled by ANSYS, and the dip of the belt was analyzed and simulated. The simulation results of two kinds of belt conveyors, the flat belt and the upper belt, show that the dip of the belt has a great relationship with the tension of the belt and has an important reference meaning for preventing the belt from slipping.
