在液压支架顶梁的合适位置焊接上另一种材质的金属板材,成为具有复合板材的顶梁。利用Pro/E和ANSYS软件对顶梁进行三维建模与有限元分析,编写APDL语言自动调整可变参数获得第2种金属板材在复合板材顶梁中的最佳焊接位置,这在满足同等强度条件下与单一材质的顶梁相比,其结果可明显减轻顶梁的自身重量、降低其生产成本。
Welding the metal plate of another material to the top of the hydraulic support to become the top beam with the composite plate. The Pro / E and ANSYS softwares are used to simulate and analyze the roof beam in three dimensions. Finite element analysis (APDL) is used to automatically adjust the variable parameters to obtain the optimal welding position of the second metal sheet in the composite roof beam. Compared with the single-material roof beam, the result can obviously reduce the weight of the roof beam and reduce the production cost.
