随着高校的扩招,高校教材需求量和出版量持续快速增长,随之而来的教材浪费问题日益严重,提升大学教材生命力势在必行。本文在剖析教材生命力概念内涵的基础上,以法学类大学教材为例,从教材编写、出版和使用的角度出发,分析了法学类大学教材生命力脆弱的原因,认为提升法学类大学教材生命力,需要重塑教材编写的理念、规范教材出版的流程、重视教材使用的实际效果,全过程地对教材的编写、出版和使用进行有效监管。
With the expansion of college enrollment, the demand and publication of teaching materials in colleges and universities continue to grow rapidly, the attendant waste of teaching materials becomes more and more serious. It is imperative to improve the vitality of university teaching materials. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the textbook vitality concept, taking the law textbook as an example, this paper analyzes the reason why the textbook of the law textbook is fragile from the aspects of the compilation, publication and use of the textbook. Reshape the concept of textbook compilation, standardize the flow of textbook publishing, the actual effect of using textbooks, the whole process of teaching the preparation, publishing and use of effective regulation.
