目的通过探讨四联法治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床疗效，旨在为提高临床治疗效率提供理论依据。方法选择2013年4月~2014年4月在我院接受治疗的小儿消化性溃疡患者134例，随机平均分成研究组和对照组两组，对照组患者应用三联法治疗，研究组患者应用四联法治疗，对比两组患者治疗有效率、Hp根除率、复发率、溃疡愈合时间及不良反应率。结果研究组患者治疗有效率、Hp根除率、复发率、溃疡愈合时间均显著优于对照组，且<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论以奥美拉唑为主的四联法治疗小儿消化性溃疡可以显著提高治疗效率、降低复发率。“,”Objective By discussing the quadruple therapy of clinical curative ef ect for the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer,in order to provide theoretical basis for improving the ef iciency of clinical treatment.Methods Choose in 2013.4~2014.4 in our hospital treated 134 cases of pediatric peptic ulcer patients,were randomly divided into study group and control group,control group of patients treated with triple therapy,study group patients using quadruple therapy,compared two groups of patients with the treatment ef iciency, Hp eradication rate,recur ence rate,ulcer healing time and adverse reaction rate.Results Study group patients ef ectively,Hp eradicate rate,recur ence rate,the ulcer healing significantly bet er than the control group,and <0.05,the dif erence was statistical y significant. Conclusion Omeprazole based quadruple method in the treatment of peptic ulcer in children can significantly improve thetreatment ef iciency,reduce the recurrence rate.
