以炸条型马铃薯品种Innovator为供试材料,在施磷钾一定水平下设计6个施氮水平,通过田间小区试验,研究不同施氮水平对炸条型马铃薯产量和块茎品质的影响,结果表明,马铃薯产量随施氮量的增加呈先增加后下降的变化趋势,施氮量与Innovator产量的关系用二次函数拟合效果良好(y=-0.0004x2+0.1855x+28.139),当施氮量达到231.88kg/hm2时产量达到了最大值49.65t/hm2。综合干物质含量、炸条颜色指数、还原糖含量和蔗糖含量在不同品质等级的施氮范围,Innovator获得优质产品的施氮范围为130.5~159.8 kg/hm2,获得一级产品的施氮范围为0~213.5 kg/hm2,获得合格产品的施氮范围为0~258.6 kg/hm2。
