本研究根据化学免疫原理,对食品中黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)的免疫检测进行了系列研究,在国内首次合成AFB_1人工抗原AFB_1—oxime—BSA和包被抗原AFB_1—oxime—TTH。分别用自制抗原和国外抗原(sigma公司)免疫动物制备抗体,并进行了比较。结果表明自制抗原产生的抗AFB_1血清特异灵敏,效价达10~6以上,工作滴度为1∶30000,与国外抗原制得的抗血清相当。建立的间接双抗体
In this study, we carried out a series of studies on the immunoassay of aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) in foodstuffs based on the principle of chemical immunology. AFB_1-oxime-BSA and AFB_1-oxime-TTH were synthesized for the first time in China. Antibodies were prepared by immunizing animals with self-made antigens and foreign antigens (sigma) respectively, and compared. The results showed that the anti-AFB_1 serum produced by the self-made antigen was specific and sensitive, with a titer of more than 10 to 6 and a working titer of 1: 30000, comparable to the antisera prepared from foreign antigens.
