本实验以直接分离大鼠近端肾小管(PT),在体外观察锌诱导金属硫蛋白合成是否能预防庆大霉素(GM)对其DNA合成、影响Na~+-K~+ATP酶的活性,以及自由基产生的状态.结果示预先注射锌后,大鼠PT能减轻GM对DNA合成和Na~+-K~+ATP酶活性的抑制,部分可能与其锌诱导金属硫蛋白清除GM产生自由基有关。
In this study, we isolated the proximal tubular (PT) directly from rats and observed whether zinc-induced metallothionein synthesis could prevent the DNA synthesis of gentamicin (GM) and the effect of Na ~ + -K ~ + ATPase Activity and free radical production.The results showed that pretreatment with zinc could decrease the inhibitory effect of GM on DNA synthesis and Na ~ + -K ~ + ATPase activity in rats, which may be partly related to the zinc-induced metallothionein clearance Free radicals.
