日本筑波大学教授拓植俊一最近撰文认为,日本要想在科学技术上领先于世界,培养人材是一个关键问题。迄今日本培养的人材多数是“秀才”型的——理智,受过正统教育,容易为社会接受。可是要搞创造性科学研究,需要的恰恰是“反秀才”型人材。据拓植分析,“反秀才”型人材有3个特点:一是对事业有一股巨大的热情,以致于为了思考一个问题,乘车会乘过站,回家会走错门;二是不如“秀才”型人材头脑敏捷,但经得起失败;
