[目的]探讨榛蘑多糖对三氯化铁所诱导大鼠血栓的抑制作用.[方法]将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和用药低、高剂量组(100,400mg/kg),给予三氯化铁诱导建立大鼠颈动脉血栓模型.用药组灌胃给予不同剂量榛蘑多糖,每日1次,连续灌胃7d后检测血栓质量,ELISA法测定血浆组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)、6-酮-前列腺素E1α(6-keto-PGE1α)和血栓素B2(TXB2)含量,用硝酸还原酶法检测一氧化氮水平.[结果]与模型组比较,用药低、高剂量组血栓质量显著降低,t-PA、一氧化氮和6-keto-PGE1α水平均显著升高,TXB2含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]榛蘑多糖具有抗血栓作用.
[Objective] To explore the inhibitory effect of hazel mushroom polysaccharides on thrombus induced by FeCl3 in rats. [Methods] The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and low and high dosage groups (100 and 400 mg / kg) , To give the model of carotid artery thrombosis induced by FeCl3 in rats.The rats in the treatment group were given different doses of Hazel mushroom polysaccharides by intragastric administration once a day for 7 days and the quality of thrombus was measured 7 days after the continuous intragastric administration.The plasm plasminogen activator (T-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1), 6-keto-PGE1α and TXB2 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay The levels of t-PA, nitric oxide and 6-keto-PGE1α were significantly increased and TXB2 content was significantly decreased (P <0.01) .Conclusion: Compared with model group, 0.05, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Hazel mushroom polysaccharides have antithrombotic effect.
