目的探索复杂心脏瓣膜置换术围手术期患者的护理体会。方法针对2014年9月收治的1例病程长,病情复杂,心脏功能差行二尖瓣、主动脉瓣、三尖瓣和肺动脉瓣置换术的患者展开了个体化的、精心准备的围手术期护理。结果通过团队合作、积极配合医生治疗,患者未出现不可逆的并发症,顺利出院。结论通过对复杂心脏瓣膜置换术患者的护理,增加了护士对复杂瓣膜置换术围手术期危重患者护理的经验,为以后类似疑难重症患者的护理提供了更好的依据。 Objective To explore the nursing experience of perioperative patients with complicated heart valve replacement. METHODS: A personalized, well-prepared perioperative period was performed in 1 patient with long duration, complex disease, and poorly differentiated mitral, aortic, tricuspid and pulmonary valve replacement treated in September 2014 Nursing. Results Through teamwork and active cooperation with doctors, patients did not have irreversible complications and discharged smoothly. Conclusion Nursing care of patients undergoing complicated heart valve replacement increases nurses’ experience in perioperative care of patients with complicated valve replacement and provides a better basis for future nursing care of patients with difficult and critical illness.
