选用了三种典型的带有负电荷的物质作为造纸中的DCS模拟物,研究并探讨了它们对浆料湿部性能及纸性的不同影响。研究结果表明:不添加助剂的浆料中,随皂化松香浓度的增加,Zeta电位绝对值稍稍下降。而随着草酸钠和皂化硬脂酸浓度的增加,Zeta电位绝对值先上升再下降。添加了阳离子助剂后,随着DCS模拟物浓度的提高,浆料Zeta电位呈现一直下降的趋势。不添加助剂的浆料中,随着DCS模拟物浓度的增加,浆料游离度会发生波动。添加了助剂后,浆料的滤水性能变得比未添加助剂的浆料稳定。不添加助剂的浆料中,DCS模拟物使白水CD值显著上升。而添加了阳离子助剂之后,白水CD值上升趋势减缓。草酸钠使纸页施胶效果下降。皂化松香和皂化硬脂酸使纸页的施胶效果先上升后下降。DCS模拟物降低纸页的耐折度和抗张强度性能。
Three typical negatively charged substances were selected as DCS simulants in papermaking, and their different effects on wet-end properties and paper properties of the slurry were studied and discussed. The results showed that the absolute value of Zeta potential decreased slightly with the increase of saponified rosin concentration in the slurry without additives. With the increase of the concentrations of sodium oxalate and saponified stearic acid, the absolute value of Zeta potential first increased and then decreased. With the addition of cationic additives, the zeta potential of the slurry tends to decrease with the increasing concentration of DCS simulant. In the slurry without additives, the slurry freeness fluctuates as the DCS simulant concentration increases. With the addition of the adjuvant, the drainage performance of the slurry becomes more stable than that of the slurry without addition of the adjuvant. In the additive-free slurry, DCS simulacrums significantly increased the CD value of white water. With the addition of cationic additives, white water CD value increased slowly. Sodium oxalate to paper sizing effect decreased. Saponified rosin and saponified stearic acid so that the sizing effect of the paper sheet first increased and then decreased. DCS simulants reduce the folding endurance and tensile strength properties of paper sheets.
