图书馆是高校的重要组成部分,被享誉“大学心脏”。是人们获得知识、传递知识的主要来源。民办院校因其灵活的办学机制和用人体制,以及近年来教育主管部门对本科院校评估工作的开展。民办本科院校图书馆建设取得了快速的发展,但也存在一些问题,强调物力资源建设,而忽视人力资源的发展。这一趋势的蔓延将妨碍图书馆事业的健康发展。本文通过民办院校图书馆人力资源管理现状,研究其人力资源管理创新,以期推动图书馆事业的健康发展。
Library is an important part of colleges and universities, is renowned “university heart ”. It is the main source of people’s access to knowledge and knowledge. Private institutions for their flexible running mechanism and employing system, as well as education authorities in recent years, the evaluation of undergraduate colleges and universities. The construction of private university undergraduate libraries has achieved rapid development, but there are also some problems, emphasizing the construction of material resources, while ignoring the development of human resources. The spread of this trend will hinder the healthy development of the library. In this paper, through the current situation of human resources management in private college libraries, this paper studies the innovation of human resources management in order to promote the healthy development of library.
