分别用 2 0mg/只和 40mg/只剂量煤焦沥青经气管灌注大鼠。结果染毒 6 0天后 ,大鼠血清丙二醛含量较染毒前显著增加 ,全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性较染毒前显著降低 ,其变化均与染毒时间、染毒剂量显著相关 ;超氧化物歧化酶活性 ,染毒前后无明显变化
