应用快速溶剂提取前处理方法与表面增强拉曼光谱技术结合建立辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅰ号的快速定量检测方法。用辣椒粉提取液作空白,用表面增强拉曼光谱对不同浓度的苏丹红Ⅰ号插标辣椒粉提取液进行检测,发现在1 224 cm-1处有明显的拉曼特征峰,用归一化处理后特征峰峰强与苏丹红Ⅰ号的浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为5~50μg/mL,最低定量检出限为5 mg/kg,回收率为84.27%~85.51%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结果证明该方法高效灵敏、重现性好、前处理简单、设备方便携带,可以为市场大规模的快速检测提供解决方案。
A rapid and quantitative method for the determination of Sudan I in paprika was established by the combination of rapid solvent extraction pretreatment and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. Using paprika extract as a blank, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was used to detect different concentrations of Sudan I plug paprika extract and found a significant Raman peak at 1 224 cm-1, The peak intensity of the characteristic peak after treatment showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of Sudan I, the linear range was 5 ~ 50μg / mL, the lowest detection limit was 5 mg / kg and the recovery was 84.27% ~ 85.51% The standard deviation is less than 5%. The results show that the method is efficient and sensitive, reproducible, simple pretreatment, portable equipment, can provide solutions for large-scale rapid market test.
