任务教学法作为建构主义的教学方法之一,已经得到教育界的普遍认可和推广,如何将其运用于我国的大学英语教学是广大教师积极探索的课题。本文介绍了笔者以任务教学法为指导,以课外小组活动的形式让学生在课后开展自主学习的实验过程;试验结果表明这种课外小组活动能充分发挥学生的主观能动性和自主性,拓展课堂空间和时间,从而有效弥补高校大班教学所带来的课时不足等不利因素。
As one of the constructivist teaching methods, task teaching method has been universally recognized and promoted by the education community. How to apply it to college English teaching in China is a subject that teachers have actively explored. This article describes the author’s experimental approach to the task of teaching, in the form of extracurricular group activities to allow students to carry out the experimental process of self-study after the lesson; experimental results show that this extracurricular group activities can give full play to the students subjective initiative and autonomy, expand the classroom Space and time, so as to effectively make up for the lack of class hours and other unfavorable factors caused by large class teaching in colleges and universities.
