渣浆泵作为一种输送磨蚀性固体颗粒浆体的设备,在矿山行业有80%应用在选矿厂,由于工况条件较为恶劣,所以使用寿命普遍较低。为保证选矿厂整体系统的正常运行,提高渣浆泵的使用寿命和稳定运行,因此对其选型和设计是否合理尤为重要。通过对渣浆泵的理论分析,确定了选型的原则,可为渣浆泵的选型提供借鉴。
Slurry pumps, as a device for transporting abrasive solid particle slurries, are used in concentrator plants for 80% of the mine industry and have generally low service life due to harsh operating conditions. In order to ensure the normal operation of the overall system of the concentrator and improve the service life and stable operation of the slurry pump, it is particularly important for the selection and design of the slurry pump to be reasonable. Through the theoretical analysis of the slurry pump to determine the principle of selection, which can provide reference for the selection of slurry pump.
