在线监测是水资源保护与管理的有效方法和发展方向。为了适应复杂的现场环境,在线监测系统一般采用多微处理器的分布式结构,因此,面临着节点之间通信的可靠性与系统可扩展性的问题。MODBUS具有协议标准统一、可靠性高和扩展性强的优点,采用MODBUS进行系统主节点与从节点的通信设计是解决水质系统通信问题的有效工具。文中针对MODBUS在数据链路层及应用层上设计的难点,详细描述了MODBUS设计过程中涉及到的传输模式的选择、总线参数设置、通信功能的MODBUS规范描述、驱动程序及应用程序设计。实际运行结果表明:该系统节点间通信可靠,运行稳定。
Online monitoring is an effective method and direction of water resources protection and management. In order to adapt to the complicated scene environment, on-line monitoring system generally adopts the distributed structure of multi-microprocessor, therefore, it faces the problem of the reliability of communication between nodes and the system scalability. MODBUS has the advantages of uniform protocol standard, high reliability and scalability. Using MODBUS to design communication between master node and slave node is an effective tool to solve the communication problems of water quality system. In this paper, aiming at the difficulties of MODBUS design at the data link layer and application layer, the MODBUS specification description, driver program and application design of the MODBUS design process are described in detail in terms of transmission mode selection, bus parameter setting, and communication functions. The actual operation results show that the communication between the nodes is reliable and the operation is stable.
