On the morning of September 7, 2012, the college held a grand opening ceremony for autumn 2012. Lou Qinjian, member of Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial CPC Committee and executive vice governor of CPC, attended and made an important speech. Qin Shaanxi Provincial Government Secretary-General, Dean of the provincial administration of Qin chaired the opening ceremony; College party secretary, executive vice president Ouyang Ke just welcome speech.
