为了拓宽种质资源,给小麦品种改良打好基础,近几年来利用辐射诱变、组织培养、细胞筛选和外源DNA导入等方法进行了小麦种质的创新研究。先后选出了一批分别抗根腐病、赤霉病和大麦黄矮病以及品质优良的新品系。经多年接种鉴定,抗病品系的抗病能力均比原亲本提高1~2级。经多年测试分析,优质品系的主要品质指标明显高于原亲本。这些品系除做亲本用于杂交育种外,有的已用于大面积生产。其中,抗根腐病品系龙辐90—83199已于1998年2月被定名推广,现种植面积达10万hm2。优质品系龙辐91B569已被评为优质面包小麦,并于1995年获全国第二届农业博览会银奖,现种植面积达3万多hm2。
In order to broaden germplasm resources and lay the foundation for the improvement of wheat varieties, the innovation of wheat germplasm was studied in recent years by using radiation mutagenesis, tissue culture, cell selection and foreign DNA introduction. A number of new strains that were resistant to root rot, scab and barley yellow dwarf disease, respectively, and excellent quality were selected. After many years of inoculation identification, the resistance of the resistant lines were all improved by 1 ~ 2 than the original ones. After years of testing and analysis, the main quality indicators of the high-quality strains were significantly higher than the original parents. These lines are used for hybrid breeding in addition to their parents, and some have been used for large-scale production. Among them, the anti-root rot strain Longfu 90-83199 was named in February 1998 to promote the current planting area of 100,000 hm2. Longyou 91B569, a high-quality strain, has been rated as high-quality bread wheat. In 1995, it was awarded the Silver Prize of the Second Agricultural Exposition in China. The planting area is now over 30,000 hm2.
