农民是农业生产经营的主体,农村经济发展的水平、农村经济和社会发展的后劲与农民文化素质密切相关。培养造就一大批有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,全面提升农民的自我发展能力,变农村的人口压力为人才资源优势,才能为新农村建设提供真正的源头活水。甘肃省天水市麦积区农广校深入全区各乡镇,对农民的培训覆盖面、培训形式、培训需求等方面进行了抽样调查,笔者针对当前农民培训工作的现状,提出相应的解决措施。 Farmers are the mainstay of agricultural production and management.
