目的 观察失笑通经汤治疗痛经的疗效.方法 治疗组 2 1 8例应用失笑通经汤 ,日1剂 ,水煎 ,早晚饭后服 ;对照组 1 0 0例应用当归浸膏片 ,每次 4~ 6片 ,每日 3次饭后服.并对病种、辨证分型与疗效关系进行分析.结果 治疗组总有效率 91 .7%,愈显率 78.8%,与对照组 72%、58%比较 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组. Ridit分析法分析 ,失笑通经汤对原发性和继发性痛经疗效相仿 ;对继发性痛经中附件炎痛经疗效优于子宫内膜异位症痛经及子宫腺肌瘤痛经 ;对气滞血瘀型、寒凝瘀阻型、气虚瘀阻型疗效相仿.结论 失笑通经汤治疗痛经疗效确切.“,”Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shixiao Tongjing decoction on dysmenorrhea. Methods 318 cases with dysmenorrhea were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=218) Shixiao Tongjing decoction was taken and in control group (n=100) Danggui Qingaopian was taken and according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs. In both groups the therapeutic course is 3 months. Results The total effective rate (91.7%) was significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (72%, P<0.01). In treatment group Shixiao Tongjing decoction has similar effect on both primary and secondary dysmenorrhea. Conclusions Shixiao Tongjing decoction can produce reverse effect on dysmenorrhea.
